Service Description
HypnoBirthing® is a “full-service” childbirth education course, teaching everything NEEDED to prepare mind and body to have a healthy birth. This complete childbirth education program takes place as a series of 5 class sessions, which take place once per week; each class is 2.5 hours in length. Class is for the pregnant mom and her partner and course fee includes all instruction for expectant parent, her partner and all of their class materials. Course Outline Over the course of 5 weeks, your instructor will lead you through exercises to identify & release your fears regarding birthing and replace those fears with instinctive knowledge, and confidence. Unit 1: Building A Positive Expectancy Unit 2: Falling in Love With Your Baby/Preparing Mind & Body Unit 3: Advanced Visualization & Deepening Unit 4: Overview of Childbirth, A Labour of Love Unit 5: Birthing: The Final Act, Bonding & Preparing for the 4th Trimester

All tuition is nonrefundable. Tuition may be transferred to another couple or used for a later class series.
